Question 1

What ages can Smart Babysitters look after?

Accepted Answer

Share your child's age in the booking form and Smart Babysitters will confirm availability and the right sitter for your child. Children who have visited Kids Hub before usually settle quickly in a familiar space.

Question 2

Who looks after my child?

Accepted Answer

A sitter from Smart Babysitters, an independent babysitting company. Kids Hub does not run drop-off or supervised play itself, and Kids Hub staff do not take over the care of individual children.

Question 3

Do parents need to stay?

Accepted Answer

Children must always be accompanied by a parent, guardian or their sitter. If you book a sitter from Smart Babysitters, the sitter stays with your child at Kids Hub while you are away. Kids Hub is a soft play playground and your child's entry applies as usual (single entry or membership). The sitter enters free of charge and wears grip socks.

Question 4

Is booking required?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Babysitting must be booked in advance directly with Smart Babysitters, using the booking form on this page. Babysitting by Smart Babysitters is AED 500 for up to 4 hours, then AED 75 for each additional hour. This is all-inclusive (babysitting, return transportation for the babysitter and 5% VAT) with no hidden charges, in addition to your child's Kids Hub entrance fee. Minimum booking is 4 hours. One babysitter can care for a maximum of two children, depending on their ages and individual care requirements. For 3 or more children, a second sitter may be needed. Your child's Kids Hub entry is paid to Kids Hub separately.

Question 5

What can my child do at Kids Hub with a sitter?

Accepted Answer

Your child can enjoy the soft play and the activities in the daily Kids Hub programme, with their sitter by their side. Your child's Kids Hub entry (a Single Entry or membership hours) is paid to Kids Hub.

Question 6

Does the sitter pay for Kids Hub entry?

Accepted Answer

No. Kids Hub is a soft play playground and your child's entry applies as usual (single entry or membership). The sitter enters free of charge and wears grip socks. If needed, Kids Hub can validate 1 hour of free parking for the sitter.

Question 7

Does Kids Hub offer drop-off?

Accepted Answer

Not always. Our team focuses mainly on activities, programmes, events and entertainment, so group drop-off is not always available. It works best during our camp periods. The rest of the time, you can book a babysitter from Smart Babysitters, an independent babysitting agency, as an additional service. Your child stays with their own babysitter while they play.

Question 8

How many children can one babysitter look after?

Accepted Answer

One babysitter can care for a maximum of two children, depending on their ages and individual care requirements.

Question 9

Do I still pay for Kids Hub entry?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Your child's entry is paid to Kids Hub as usual, as a single entry or with a membership. The babysitter enters free of charge and wears grip socks.

Question 10

How do I book a babysitter at Kids Hub?

Accepted Answer

Question 11

Accepted Answer
